DC should notify all the Credit Providers

The DC should notify all the Credit Providers involved of the Court date within 10 business days of it having been allocated.

    NDRC Practice NoteLast reviewed 2026-04

    What this means in practice

All credit providers on the file must be notified of the court date within ten business days of allocation, even those that have already consented. Failure to notify is a service defect that can vacate the order.
