    If a COB

      If a COB is received within 5 business days, the DC should use the information provided in the COB to determine if the consumer is over-indebted.

    Where the COB conflicts with the consumer's records, the COB takes precedence for proposal purposes, but the discrepancy is logged for the reckless lending review under NCA s 80.
