Any available cash resources, bonuses or thirteenth cheques should also be applied in reduction of debts.

What this means in practice
Cash on hand at the start of debt review, annual bonuses and thirteenth cheques are applied as lump-sum reductions to the debt. They do not get spread into monthly income because that would understate the rearrangement burden.
