Existing tertiary education
Existing tertiary education should be allowed to continue - even if a student obtains part time income to supplement his own studies.

What this means in practice
Tertiary fees for a course already in progress are permitted to completion of the current academic year. Future years are reassessed at the next annual review of the rearrangement.
