NDRC Practice NoteLast reviewed 2026-04
What this means in practice
Recurring club, gym and recreational memberships are excluded for the rearrangement period. Where the membership is paid annually in advance and cannot be cancelled, the unexpired portion is treated as a sunk cost, not a future expense.
