Yes. NDRC accepts and processes debt review removal applications online across all nine provinces. You do not need to visit our offices in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) to begin or complete your application.
The online process:
1. Complete the free online assessment at ndrc.org.za. This takes approximately 10 minutes and provides the basic information needed to evaluate your eligibility.
2. A dedicated NDRC case manager contacts you within one business day to discuss your situation and confirm the appropriate removal method.
3. Upload all required documents through NDRC's secure client portal. Photographs taken on your smartphone are accepted.
4. NDRC and attorney partners collect all third-party documents from your previous debt counsellor, credit providers, and the NCR without your involvement.
5. The draft founding affidavit is sent to you for review electronically. Once approved, you sign it before a Commissioner of Oaths at any police station, bank, or notary near you and upload the signed copy.
6. NDRC and attorneys manage all court processes, service, and attendance.
7. You receive weekly updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.
NDRC serves clients in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and all major cities and towns. Being based outside Gqeberha does not affect service quality or outcome. The court application is filed in the Magistrate's Court with jurisdiction over your area of residence, and a correspondent attorney in your area handles court attendance.
