Eduan Matthee

The NCR register lists the registration of Eduan Matthee (NCRDC1517) as lapsed in 2020.

A registration lapses on the last day on which the annual renewal fee should have been paid (section 52(4)(b)(iii) of the National Credit Act, as amended in 2014).

A consumer cannot be under debt review without a debt counsellor, and can be transferred to another registered debt counsellor at any stage (NCR Debt Review Withdrawal Guidelines, 2021, paragraphs 10.2 and 12). Check your debt review status with your SA ID number to see which debt counsellor the NCR has on your file.
