Why workplace programmes matters for employers

  • Lower absenteeism and presenteeism driven by money stress.
  • Fewer emolument attachment orders (EAOs / garnishees) hitting payroll.
  • Improved retention and morale; higher productivity across teams.
  • A clear, ethical referral path to NCR‑registered debt counselling and debt review removal where appropriate.

Many South African employees carry high‑cost credit, arrears and EAOs. A focused employee financial wellness programme reduces payroll disruptions, improves take‑home stability and supports a healthier, more productive workplace.
