Who is this platform for?

Does this replace my PDA?
No. You remain the DC of record; PDAs still distribute to credit providers. The system automates DC work: CRM, Form 16, quotes, 17.1/17.2, Reg 24(4), court bundles, DHS updates, reminders and audit trails and many more. DebiCheck mandates are for DC fees only, not creditor distributions.
Will this reduce my courier costs?
Court packs still need to be printed, commissioned and delivered to attorneys, so courier remains. The saving comes from cutting prep time, rework and phone chasing through automated documents, notices and reminders.
How does the CRM help me convert a R350 lead?

Do you integrate with DCRS, NCT or PDAs?
DCRS and NCT integrations will be feasible via API or secure workflow where available, Registered PDAs remain the paying and distributing parties. The platform is designed to push data to these services once commercial access is agreed with the provider.
What does the E-Signature cover?
Digital signatures for application documents (I.e Form 16, mandates, consents and quotes). Court packs still require printing and commissioning.
How is pricing structured?
One system with all features. Base subscription per Admin seat, once-off onboarding, and usage based items (SMS, credit reports, DebiCheck mandates, e-signatures, bundle generation). You only pay for what you use. Attorneys in our panel may contribute a small platform fee per referred case.
Why would an attorney pay a platform fee?
They receive standardised, verified packs that reduce drafting time and increase volume. The fee offsets their admin saving and is only applied when a file is routed via the network. You can still use your own attorney with no platform fee.
Do I still keep control of my files?
Yes. You choose your attorney (your own or from our network), you manage client communication, and you retain your records with full audit trails for POPIA and NCR purposes.
How are data security and POPIA handled?
Role-based access (Admin and Sub-user Admin), encrypted data in transit and at rest, document outputs with watermarks (DC name, NCR number, timestamp), and immutable event logs.
