Hyan Glynne Abrahams

The NCR register lists the registration of Hyan Glynne Abrahams (NCRDC142) as cancelled by the National Consumer Tribunal on 14 August 2014.

Under section 57(1) of the National Credit Act the Tribunal may cancel a registration on request by the NCR if the registrant repeatedly fails to comply with a condition of registration, fails to meet a registration commitment, or contravenes the Act. The NCR register does not publish the reason for each cancellation.

A consumer cannot be under debt review without a debt counsellor, and can be transferred to another registered debt counsellor at any stage (NCR Debt Review Withdrawal Guidelines, 2021, paragraphs 10.2 and 12).
