    During Debt Review

How long does debt review last?

The period of debt review varies according to how quickly you can pay off all your finances.

The time frame varies from a few months up to 60 months (5 years), depending on:

    • Your total debt amount

    • Your available income after expenses

    • The interest rates negotiated with creditors

    • Whether secured assets (home/car) are included

Alternatively, if you are no longer over-indebted and able to resume normal repayments, we can apply for an order rescinding your debt review.
