    Are your Debt Counsellors NCR-registered, and how can I verify that?

    Yes, our registered principal Debt Counsellor is registered under NCRDC3106. Our registration can be independently verified on the National Credit Regulator's official website by searching our NCR number.

    Visit the NCR website or call the NCR on 0860 627 627 to confirm the registration of any debt counsellor, or contact our offices on 041 012 5036 to request a copy of our latest registration certificate.

    Since commencing operations in 2014, we have not been subject to any regulatory enforcement action or formal investigation by the NCR or any other statutory body.
