    The Process

What steps are involved in the debt counselling process?

The debt counselling process is structured, regulated, and time-bound – not an 'instant' overnight solution, but effective.

    Step-by-step process:

    1. Free Assessment – We analyse your income, expenses, credit agreements, and legal status

    2. Sign the Application (Form 16) & Provide Required Documents – Once you consent, we submit your debt review application

    3. Legal Protection (Form 17.1 & 17.2) – Creditors are notified. We inform all your Credit Providers and Credit Bureaus that you are under debt review

    4. Creditor Negotiation – We restructure your payment plan and negotiate reduced interest rates with creditors

    5. Court or NCT Application – Our attorneys apply at court for a debt restructuring order, or if creditors accept, we submit to the NCT for a consent order

    6. Repayment Period – Average 3–5 years, depending on affordability and amount owed

We do not promise 'instant fixes'. We promise lawful, sustainable outcomes.
