Before you start

Your current debt counsellor is legally required to issue your Form 19 Clearance Certificate (section 71 NCA + Regulation 27) once your accounts are paid up. There is no fee from them.

Try your current debt counsellor first. If they have closed, deregistered, or refuse, use this tool to confirm your NCR status and let us take it from there.
