Published under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Effective immediately and subject to revision in line with the Information Regulator's prescribed rates.
What is always free
POPIA section 23 — discharged at issue: Every statutory artefact we produce (Form 17.1, 17.2, court order, Form 19 clearance certificate, paid-up letters, etc.) is emailed to you at the moment it is issued. That email is your free first copy. Re-issues, historic copies and additional copies of records held about you are chargeable per the schedule below.
Billing records: All Zoho-issued tax invoices addressed to you remain free to re-download from the portal at any time.
Paid items
Card / EFT processing surcharges are calculated and displayed on the payment page before you confirm. Payments are processed via Ozow or Payfast; receipts are issued automatically.
