My Pocket Debt Counsellor ™ provides consumers with free access to their debt counselling profile. These Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy (together the “Terms & Privacy Policy”) provide a description of the services which we offer through our website and set out our obligations to you as a service provider.

The Terms also place various obligations on you as a user so that we can provide and protect our website, our services and our brand. In addition, they provide important information on how we use cookies and collect and use your personal information, including your debt counselling profile, documents and payment history.
