R1,500.00 (VAT inclusive) per application, payable once the Court Order has been granted.
This fee covers up to five (5) court appearances, the issuing of applications, and service on creditors via email.
NDRC supplies a complete legal pack plus a copy.
Postponements beyond the five included appearances are remunerated at R250.00 per appearance, provided there is a valid reason for the postponement. The aim is to obtain orders at the first appearance wherever possible.
For withdrawals and dismissals (where no Court Order is granted), a once-off fee of R500.00 (VAT inclusive) applies.
The NCR will not update or remove the debt review status unless all documents are clearly stamped, the court stamp is clear and visible (indicating the relevant Court), and all signatures (including the Magistrate's) are legible. Only a Magistrate's signature and stamp on the Court Order will be accepted; the Clerk of the Court's stamp will not suffice.
Invoices are settled once all documents are received in a form suitable for submission to the NCR. All payments due are paid on the 7th of each month.
